Leadership isn’t built on charisma or title.
It’s built on Foundational Principles of character, wisdom, honesty and service to others.
The Principium Project exists to develop leaders from the foundation up. Founded by a Global Director of AI Data, you can expect tools to read organizational signals, measure what matters, and how to get rewarded. Your career is the most critical data set.
What you'll walk away with:
Confidence and language for performance based conversations
We start with a conversation. Your goals, experience level, and pace shape the structure of your career path.
Each session is led by our coach, who brings authentic communication, cultural nuance, and real-world usage into every exchange. You learn not only what to say, but how it is truly said.
A Positioning Strategy that makes your impact visible and measurable.
Each session is curated based on your own strengths and how to weave those strengths into opportunities that fit your career goals. You learn strategy behind which doors to follow , and how to artfully say No to opportunities that are not aligned to your individual path.
By centering your unique skills into voice, we ensure our leaders are not simply learning a proven script, but stepping into your own career path.
Fluency at what your organization actually rewards at the next level.
Rather than one size fits all, we teach recognition in patterns, organizational culture, and meaningful context. You develop rapid understanding and the ability to respond within your workplace with confidence. Leadership is not about over extending yourself, it is about visibility and service to others.
About Me
Nicole WarrenFounder, The Principium Project
Founder- Lead Coach
Nicole Warren
Nicole Warren has spent the better part of a decade inside the rooms where promotion decisions actually get made; leading global AI delivery organizations for some of the world's largest technology companies.
What sets Nicole apart isn't just scale, it's what she's learned about how leaders actually get built. Across roles at Amazon, Centific, Defined.ai, and Appen Butler Hill, she has repeatedly been the person organizations turn to when a team needs restructuring, a PMO needs rebuilding, or an executive needs someone who can translate ambiguity into a plan people trust. That pattern recognition, paired with a foundational background in Human Communication and Conflict Analysis & Dispute Resolution from Salisbury University, is what led her to found The Principium Project.
Nicole founded The Principium Project on a simple conviction: lasting influence isn't built on charisma or title; it's built on character, wisdom, honesty, and service to others. Having coached and managed hundreds of professionals through promotion cycles, reorganizations, and high-stakes leadership transitions, she now brings that same rigor to helping individuals build leadership from the foundation up.
We start with a conversation. Your goals, experience level, and pace shape the structure of your sessions. From the start, The Principium Project will have you immersed in identifying your own leadership Principles to lead and promote exceptional teams.

This format is built for the in-between: a performance review to prepare for, a stretch project to think through, a manager conversation to rehearse, or simply staying accountable to the boundaries and positioning work you started in the pilot. Sessions are scheduled as needed, with the same principles-first approach centered around character, wisdom, honesty, and service grounding every conversation.
